Our 30-Day Hassle-Free Policy
At Wamaaz, we want you to feel sublime in every garment. If the fit, silhouette, or drape is not absolute perfection, we offer complimentary exchanges for alternative sizes or full reimbursements within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate Your Return or Exchange
1. Request Return Label
Email our concierge at returns@wamaaz.com or call +44 (784) 3906270 with your Order Number and preferred action (Exchange / Refund).
2. Courier Pickup
We email you an insured prepaid DHL or FedEx return label. You can schedule a doorstep courier pickup or drop it at any authorized depot.
3. Swift Resolution
Exchanged sizes are dispatched immediately via priority air. Refunds are credited to your original payment card within 3 to 5 business days.
Garment Condition Guidelines
- All original Wamaaz designer tags, fabric seals, and security ribbons must remain attached.
- Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and free from perfume, cosmetics, or scent.
- Items should be returned inside the original protective dust bags and branded boxes.
