How do I place an order for limited drop editions?
Select your preferred size on the garment page and click "Add to Bag". Limited edition drops may have per-client limits. Ensure your shipping address is verified before confirming payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
Because our London atelier prepares orders swiftly, cancellation or address amendments must be requested within 60 minutes of placement via phone at +44 (784) 3906270.

Yes, for most international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated and guaranteed at checkout with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) options, eliminating surprise fees at arrival.

How should I care for my 480 GSM organic fleece hoodie?
Machine wash in cold water (maximum 30°C) inside out on a delicate cycle using mild, eco-friendly liquid detergent. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.

How do I request a complimentary size exchange?
Navigate to our Return & Exchange portal, input your order identifier, and select your preferred replacement size. We will issue a prepaid return courier waybill immediately.
