1. Proprietary Design Ownership
All creative works displayed on wamaaz.com—including bespoke apparel cuts, signature lavender colorways, garment silhouettes, lookbook films, digital typography, brand logomarks, and UI architectures—are the proprietary intellectual property of Wamaaz Ltd, protected under international copyright, trademark, and industrial design treaties.
2. Limited Personal Use License
Clients are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for the sole purpose of personal, non-commercial shopping and garment acquisition. Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering of garment technical patterns, systematic scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Wamaaz legal counsel.
