These Terms of Use (“Terms”) establish the legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”) and Wamaaz Ltd (“Wamaaz”, “we”, “us”), registered in the United Kingdom. By accessing our platform, commissioning tailored garments, or completing a checkout on wamaaz.com, you unequivocally agree to these conditions.

2. Authentic Brand Guarantee

Wamaaz is committed to luxury craftsmanship. Every garment, accessory, and lifestyle piece presented on our platform is guaranteed authentic. We verify every fiber blend, seam structure, and textile standard before fulfillment. Counterfeit, imitation, or unauthorized third-party goods are strictly prohibited on our ecosystem.

3. Order Formulation & Contract Binding

• Offer & Acceptance: An order placed on our storefront constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item and provide a registered tracking credential.
• Pricing Integrity: Prices are displayed in your detected regional currency (e.g., USD, GBP, EUR, SAR, AED) including statutory duties where specified at checkout. In the rare event of an obvious clerical mispricing, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue an immediate refund.
• Limited Edition & Bespoke Drops: Certain exclusive campaign garments (such as our signature Lavender Activewear capsules) may be subject to per-client quantity caps to prevent unauthorized commercial hoarding.

4. Delivery, Title & Risk of Loss

All consignments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. Title and risk of loss pass to the Client upon physical delivery to the verified recipient address provided at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All trademarks, registered logotypes, lookbook photography, campaign models imagery, architectural designs, and proprietary tailoring patterns are the exclusive intellectual property of Wamaaz Ltd. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or commercial re-distribution without our express written license is strictly actionable under civil and criminal statutes.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London, England shall hold exclusive jurisdiction over any contractual disputes, without prejudice to consumer protections afforded by your local residency jurisdiction.
