2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a 100% full reimbursement under our money-back guarantee:

• The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the documented date of carrier delivery.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original pristine condition with all authentic Wamaaz security tags, fabric seals, and designer dust bags intact.
• Footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only and returned in the undamaged original branded shoe box.
